Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 April 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account on Tuna or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Tuna provides tools to create, edit, and export resumes, plus public calculators for end-of-service and social security across the GCC. We may add or remove features, and we may change plan limits, with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account — keep your credentials secure. Notify us at hello@tuna.works if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Pro and Team plans renew automatically at the end of each period. Prices are shown at checkout and on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Tap Payments. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

5. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are considered case-by-case for billing errors.

6. Your content

You own your resume data. You grant Tuna a limited license to store, process, and render it in order to provide the service (for example, to generate a PDF). We do not use your content to train models.

7. Calculators are not legal advice

The end-of-service and social-security calculators produce non-binding estimates based on our reading of current labor law. Actual entitlements depend on contract terms, collective bargaining, and recent legal amendments. Consult a licensed employment lawyer before making decisions that rely on these figures.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use Tuna to impersonate others, to upload illegal content, or to abuse the API. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep Tuna up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance windows.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Kuwait City, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
